Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Clyde Bybee Farms, LLC, doing business as Bybee Trucking ("Bybee," "we," "us"), handles information in its load management apps and websites. These are:
Bybee Driver app and driver.bybeetrucking.com, for Bybee drivers
Bybee Dispatch app and app.bybeetrucking.com, for Bybee dispatch, accounting and admin staff
Bybee Trucking customer app and portal.bybeetrucking.com, for customers Bybee invites to schedule and track loads
These apps are business tools. Accounts are created or invited by Bybee. There is no public sign-up. We do not sell personal information, show ads, or track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Information we collect
Account information: name, email address, phone number, company, and role (driver, dispatcher, accounting, admin or customer). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We never receive your Google password.
Load and shipping information: pickup and delivery locations, dates, commodities, weights, reference numbers (PO, BOL, pickup #), driver and truck assignments, status updates, invoices and payment status.
Photos and documents you upload: bills of lading, weight and scale tickets, delivery documents, and receipt photos. The app uses your camera or photo library only when you choose to take or attach a photo.
Driver pay information (drivers only): loads delivered, pay amounts, non-driving pay requests, reimbursement requests and fuel receipts.
Technical information: basic logs our hosting providers keep automatically, such as IP address, browser or device type, and the time of each request. We use these to run and secure the service.
We do not collect your location, contacts, or health information, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
How we use information
To schedule, dispatch, track and deliver loads
To prepare invoices and process driver pay and reimbursements
To send service emails, such as portal invitations, password resets, and load status notifications
To keep the service secure, prevent misuse, and fix problems
To meet legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations
How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the service:
Within a shipment: customers see their own company's loads, including the assigned driver's name and truck number and the delivery documents. Drivers see only the loads assigned to them.
Service providers that host and operate the apps for us, under contract: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Google (optional sign-in).
Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Bybee, our drivers, or others.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep information
We keep load, invoice and pay records for as long as needed for business, tax and legal recordkeeping. If an account is closed, we remove or deactivate the login. We may keep related shipping, invoice and pay records as required by law.
Your choices and account deletion
You can view and update your account details by contacting us.
To delete your account, email us from the address on the account and ask for deletion. We will delete or deactivate your login and personal profile within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law.
You can stop non-essential email notifications by contacting us.
Security
All data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access is limited by role, so each person sees only what their role allows. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
These apps are for business use by adults. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date.
